CLIENT AGREEMENT

AGREEMENT SUMMARY
This summary is provided for clarity. It does not replace the full agreement.
By booking or receiving services from KochKutz, you agree that:
- You are authorizing KochKutz to perform lawn care services at your property.
- You will ensure safe, unobstructed access to the property (including unlocked gates and cleared work areas).
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Services may be rescheduled due to weather or safety conditions.
- KochKutz is not liable for damage caused by hidden hazards (sprinklers, wires, debris, pet waste, etc.).
- All payments are processed through cash or Square unless otherwise agreed.
- Missed payments or cancellations may result in fees or suspension of service.
- Booking service constitutes acceptance of all terms below.
1. SERVICES PROVIDED
KochKutz provides residential lawn care services, including:
- Lawn mowing
- Trimming and edging
- Seasonal property cleanups
- General lawn maintenance
Service scope is defined at time of booking and may vary by property condition and request.
2. SERVICE AREA
Services are provided primarily in Delaware County, PA (Delco) and nearby surrounding areas at the discretion of KochKutz.
3. ACCESS & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Client agrees to:
- Provide safe and legal access to the property
- Unlock gates on service days
- Remove obstacles, debris, and pet waste before service
- Notify Provider of any known hazards (sprinklers, buried lines, weak structures)
Failure to meet these conditions may result in skipped service or additional charges.
4. SCHEDULING & WEATHER
- Service dates are subject to weather, equipment, and route scheduling.
- KochKutz reserves the right to delay or reschedule work for safety or quality reasons.
- No guarantees are made regarding exact service times.
5. PAYMENT TERMS
- Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
- Accepted payment methods:
- Cash
- Square (credit/debit/digital payments)
- Other methods may be accepted at Provider discretion.
Failure to pay may result in:
- Service suspension
- Late fees (if applied)
- Refusal of future service
6. CANCELLATION POLICY
- Clients should provide reasonable notice for cancellations.
- Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee.
- Repeated cancellations may result in termination of service relationship.
7. LIABILITY LIMITATION
KochKutz is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing property damage
- Damage caused by hidden or unmarked hazards
- Items left in mowing areas
- Issues caused by customer failure to prepare property
All services are performed with reasonable professional care, but lawn conditions and environmental factors may affect results.
8. PAYMENT PROCESSING (SQUARE)
All online payments processed via Square are subject to Square’s own Terms of Service and security standards.
KochKutz does not store full payment card information.
9. REFUNDS
All services are labor-based and non-refundable once completed.
If issues arise, clients must contact KochKutz directly for resolution.
10. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate services at any time. Any outstanding balances remain due upon termination.
11. MODIFICATIONS
KochKutz reserves the right to update this agreement at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
12. OPTIONAL CRYPTO PAYMENTS
If accepted, cryptocurrency payments are:
- Final
- Non-refundable
- Accepted only when agreed prior to service
